Fresh Tomato Salsa

3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup finely diced onion (I use Mexican green onion)
1 serrano chile, finely chopped (more or less depending on hotness desired)
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lime juice

Mix all ingredients and chill for one hour in the refrigerator before serving.

Not that I am aware of

but I will ask him, he has been extremely busy since they moved in, they are still rearranging things, and hanging things on the wall, his next venture is the garage as we just piled things in there when we moved them in, it not bad but things will have to be hung up on the walls and things rearranged in there, she wants to have a garage sale soon. Hopefully by the time chilly weather rolls around things will settle down a bit. He is famous for his chili (his secret recipe) so perhaps he will fix the salsa at that time. I will let you know, but I know it is going to be good.
