my brother said they would make him take an early retirement and not fire him but he will loose his bridge if they make him retire now, in other words he won't get his retirement until another 12 years, if they were to keep him he would get his bridge in 7 months whereas he had planned on retiring at that time and be able to draw on his retirement every month. If they make him retire now he will not get to draw off of his retirement until 12 years, how's that for a fine howdy do? So in a nut shell if they make him retire now the company will save money. They are out for themselves not the employee anymore. One year they celebrated their anniversary (can't remember the years of existance) but they gave everybody a small rock as a gift for their celebration (this is from where they had built their first plant) most of the employees threw theirs away.
