lithuanian nursery rhymes/lullabyes

by

My grandmother use to sing this to my sister when she was young and we don't know what it means. I am sure that I am spelling it wrong but it's the best I can do.

izy izy pom pom
nockel nickel som som
nockel nickel, nockel nickel, nockel nickel, som som.

My grandmother was born in Lithuania and came to the USA in the early 1900's. I am not sure what the song is. We believe it to be some kind of nursery ryme or lullybye. Any help you can give me would be very apprechiated. Thank you.
