Father Vaitkevic^ius parish priest and later Bishop?

Vaitkevic^ius was a Parish Priest possibly in Kibarta and acording to family stories later became a Bishop in the area of Marijampole.
I have searched for hours looking for a Father or Reverend Vaitkevic^ius and even looked through the Album of the Dead which names all the priests trained at Marijampole. I have not found anything yet and I am now stuck. Anyone got any ideas where I can search now?
