The name on the Ellis Island manifest is written as and transcribed as Zurauski rather than Zuraiski.
There's no explaining what might account for the significant different in given names, Majck and Simon. Only he, other family members, or other records might shed some light on this.
Under the column "Ever in the U.S. Before" it is writen "Scranton, PA" and "90/5", i.e., from 1890 to 1895. It means he lived in Scranton from 1890 to 1895, then returned to Lithuania sometime between 1895 and 1897 and and came back to the U.S. on this ship in 1897. There is also the number 4 discernable and perhaps something else overwritten "Scranton" but I cannot make it out. Also there is "Pate.." written in a lighter hand in front of the last residence, but I don't know what that means.
His last residence in the Russian Empire was Suwalki, i.e., the gubernia or province of Russia by that name, rather than the town of that name. All the "last residences" on the page appear to be provinces rather than villages or towns.
