As John said, it likely is just a few houses with no stores/churches/businesses located there. My father's birthplace village consisted of just 4 houses. Circa 1890 it only had two houses (plus 32 inhabitants) but it got its own entry in the Slownik gazetteer.
Lithuania is the size of Ireland (minus the British portion) and my country atlas lists 20,000 place names for Lithuania.
