  • Lithuania/Poland borders

      My ggrandfather was born in 1870 in either Kapciamiestis or Kodzi. I have been unable to locate any information in the Lithuanian archives. With the borders changing is it possible that his records would be in Poland archives or Bialystock church records.Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
