Hillary on The Factor

I have to admit, I was somewhat impressed. She didn't hem and haw much at all, gave pretty specific answers. Was well prepared. I don't agree with all her answers, but at least they were generally not vague and wishy washy.

In all honesty, if she took the 33% marginal rate to 39.5%, I don't see that having much of a negative effect on the economy, especially is she offsets it with a lower rate for middle income taxpayers. I was fearing a Carter-esque 70% kind of marginal rate, where the incentive to make another dollar is severely watered down.
