I think insurance premiums will continue to rise in order to cover pre-existing conditions and loss of a cap on total lifetime expenditures. Liberals will then claim "evil" insurance companies continue to gouge the consumer, thus making way for the public option, which will inevitably drive insurance companies out of business.
