IF the rigs are shut down, they will move. They may not be back for years, see Jindal comments. They cost $1M to operate, and can't just sit idle.

George Soros (AKA puppetmaster) has a large investment in Petrobras (Brazil national oil company) along with a $2B loan from the US (not sure why). Big benefits to Petrobras and Soros if the rigs move.

Why does Obama (puppet) not call for a world-wide ban on deep water drilling? If it's bad here, why is it good off the coast of Brasil or Africa?

This one has a hard time passing the smell test. The serious accident rate went from 100.000% to 99.998% and we have a 6-month ban? No real government effort that I see to help BP contain this spill and mitigate the damamges. Lawyers everywhoere, but no one to 'get it done'.
