Where is this utopia you feel you are being denied?

Response to oh, I am reminded every day
What is the right amount of tax in this utopia? Who pays for the roads, the prisons, the power grid, the sewer system, the fire department, the police department, etc. Oh that's right we all take care of ourselves and the heck with anyone that can't muster the ability to do so.
