It may not say a candidate has to produce a legal birth certificate to be placed on a ballot but it does state he has to be an American citizen. That I think has yet to be proved. If there were no question about it why does it keep coming up and why doesn't o do something about it? The form presented as his sure looks contrived to me. (Opinion here.)
