      Ted, stood by, while the girl he hoped to have sex with later, drowned in the river Ted drove them into.

      Ted now feels badly that she died.

      Ted didnt feel so badly that same night he stood by and watched her die. He didnt feel so badly that he decided not to report her death to police.

      Ted is scum and he knows now that a higher authority will be judging him soon and he is very scared....
