In a world of anarchy, letting people do what they want without regard for others is the norm. You live in a democratic republic made up of people who live within or under the Rule of Laws. Some of the policies are contradictory or confusing, but for the most part there are reasons for the various restrictions and incentives. Every right has been hard fought and each amendment had to prove its worth. The basic value of LIFE within each person is not in question. In a civil society, the citizenry has a greater responsibility to promote better living through improving standards. Cultural diversity allows for some expression, yet means that some basic values, behaviors, and habits are better than others. Every language, business sector, and productive government has the means and description for faulty labor. Just because I may WANT to sit on my ar$e all day or travel on the public doll does not mean that I will get to do so at the expense of everyone else. Look up the foundation of a free world that suggests that people should treat others with respect. Each township, park, and community gathering has implied or shared ownership much like the roads that you fortunately travel along. Welcome to Georgia and the United States of America. You can do what you want if you are prepared for the consequences. Don't blame me.
