      according to the AJC so these must be those 50% who have fallen on hard times yet still have their macho cars.

      I get there are times when help is needed but to raise taxes and have rampent abuse of the safety net makes my blood boil. Clean up the abuse before you banadaid it with more tax dollars. Drug testing is a start and mandatory appearance to receive the card. Make it prison time and repay the $$$$ plus penalty for fraud.
