Russia has to love it....

Russia can comply with the treaty by doing nothing at all; they are already under the prescribed number of launchers because of the state of disrepair their weapons systems have fallen into since the Cold War.

They must love a US President who keeps volunteering to take it in the neck (or worse) in order to set an example for the worlds thugocracies. An example they will exploit but never follow.

while he's there he should ask them how they like being so dependent on Russia for natural gas. some of them get 60% or more of their supply from the Russkies, who "accidentally" interrupt the flow when they want to make a political point.
