why?
Apple had 28% net income for the last quarter ($13B into the bank), and 24% profit for the last full year reported (2011 ends September)
Exxon had 7.7% net income for the last quarter ($9.4B into the bank), and 8.4% profit for the last full year reported (2011)
Apple made more profits than Exxon for the quarter, as a percentage and in real numbers. As well, they have a terrible reputation in manufacturing, if you take some time to look it up.
