I'm helping to start a new website and we might like to use one of the photos on sunset-pictures.com. How do we get permission?

The photo is of the Colorado's Rocky Mountains. It might make a nice banner, where we could super-impose our logo over the black on the left side.

The website is for the nonprofit Clergy Project . . . which is started by Richard Dawkins, Daniel Dennett, me, and others, to help clergy who want to leave the ministry. So . . . the sunset/sunrise motif is quite fitting.
