Old Town Hall

Why do we need to preserve the Old Town Hall?

If we vote to save the building, what is it going to be used for?

Yes, it is a piece of our town's history, but unless use of it is going to justify paying the bills to keep it running (electricity, heat, air conditioning, routine maintenance, snow removal in the winter months, a new roof every once in a while, etc.), why is it important to keep it?
