I didn't really have any involvement on that end. I was there as a vendor. It was basically a large room with theme baskets in the middle, and some vendor tables along the outskirts. The vendors included some who did crafts (like me) and others who did home party businesses like Pampered Chef and Party Lite.
From my point of view, it didn't go so well - I did a lot better last year when it was just a vendor night without the baskets. I think there may have been too much going on this time. It seemed like the basket portion of the night went well and was busy. A good portion of the crowd just never made it over to my area of vendors, unfortunately.
I think the baskets are where the PTO is making the most money, and I don't really have a gauge for how well that went. Maybe someone from the PTO will be lurking here and can fill in my gaps.
