In 1960 the book was reproduced in hard and soft cover. The 5 volumes of the WTI is an over-the-pond series compiled by the cartophilic society. It covers the US issues as well as the issues from other countries. The English were historically more serious about their collecting. Edith warton Tiger was I believe the president(?) for a time until his passing. His collection was apparently so large he had to buy a house adjacent to his to store all the cards and the like. Wish I has a second home to store all my er ah crap.......
