FYI persaingan mau masuk goverment skg makin susah..
dengar cerita kawan(gov serv)..orang2 dalaman SPA bleh arrange sesiapa yang ada kepentingan untuk masuk..not all vacancy la..but kalau ada 10 vacance..yang
5 tu..suda kena booking. so tinggal la separuh yang dipertandingkan.. bayangkan 5 tu ada 100 org berebut..hanya tuhan yang tahu..nasib 95 orang itu.
Dengar cerita org mau masuk KPLI pun..ada yang dapat ikut jalan pintas.. walaupun peratusan dia kecil jak..

masih teringat masa interview dulu..10 soalan disoal just 2 yang bleh menggembirakan panel.masa tu busy putung gata..so thats why i didnt do any research relating the job. im just being honest with all my answers..
at last..he say'' awak masih muda..masih banyak permohonan lain dan buleh cuba lagi.."fuh..dalam hati...alamak melepas la plak..kecewa..

saya terdiam jap..kira mau cakap thanks..tapi spontan cakap..
"tidak apa la..saya cuma berharap..hanya tuhan yang tau nasib saya"
sempat juga tengok respon panel(2 org)..diorang diam jak..no respon..
sama2 diam jak..pastu dia cakap"nak minta soal lagi ke? kita dah abis ni.. actualy im the last candidate from about 15 calon..so i simply say..
terima kasih tuan,puan and getting out..with the most respected way i ever did..hehe.

after that..saya sempat lagi bagi derma sama pengemis( maybe nda ikhlas coz dalam hati..O MY GOD..PLEASE DO ME favor for this time..please again.. tia tau la ikhlas ka nda..haha..

then month later i got the result that resulting " calon simpanan".. well..then i was having my biggest ever smile not because..the result but the way i did in the interview. 2 weeks later..i got offer from SPA.. yeah its true dat im just a reserve candidate..but reserved just for 2 weeks..another miracle isnt it?

but then..my faith has been deepened since..

Beer in mind that don't just focus on one job only. If you want to apply any position, do your resume attractive and simple.

second, during the interview, make research the position and the company background before came to the interview session. sleep early and came early. Able to do so will decrease your nervous.

Last, this my own experience:

During the interview, just speak what ever you think the good answer. And be confident. At last but not least, just speak the truth especially about your self. Because the question is like a chain. they Will ask you again and again regarding your previous answer.

Don't lying to them. Because they already interview more thousand people. If you do so, you will trapped and cannot speak like a........a......a.....

The common question they will ask you is something like this:

For those who'r still looking for a job...make sure the prepation are done like...ur resume, ur cv, the questions that might asked and may be you could practise the interview with your friend..But don't forget to pray surely.
