Damn, they just don't make them like they used to. While I was playing it, sometimes I would forget that this was just a gamecube game. I have played the following games for the current-gen systems and none of them equel up.

Halo(Xbox)
Halo 2(Xbox)
Devil May Cry(PS2)
Devil May Cry 2(PS2)
Devil May Cry 3(PS2)
Ninja Gaidan(Xbox)
Metal Gear Solid 2(PS2)
Metal Gear Solid 3(PS2)
Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes(NGS)
WWE Day of Reckoning(NGS)
WWE Day of Reckoning 2(NGS)
Star Fox Adventure(NGS)
Star Fox Assult(NGS)
Sonic Adventure DX(NGS)
Super Smash Bros Melee(NGS)
Red Faction(PS2)
Red Faction 2(PS2)
Soul Calibur 2(NGS, PS2)
Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith(PS2)
Star Wars Battlefront(PS2)
Star Wars Battlefront 2(PS2)

I don't think I could pick up any other gurrent-gen game and expect to feel the level of intensidy that I felt playing Twilight Princess, the only game I place second is Zelda: The Wind Waker just because Twilight Princess would not be as good as it is if Wind Waker was not done first. When I get my Nintendo Wii, I'm getting Twilight Princess as well.
