      I am unsure who this Rachel Massey is but she needs to get her stories staight. Todd's last was spelled Tolbert and he died Jan. 1 not Halloween. Todd did not die on Monkey Rd he died on Hwy 31. And is she trying to say it was Todd's mom telling this story? It just disturbs me after 25yrs him being gone people want to bring this stuff up.
