I must say.....that fact everyone quits the pills so early is probably what makes you lose growth. The whole point of these pills are to stimulate a 2nd "puberty". It recreates the hormones you made when you were a teenager to jumpstart growth in your body. Now I remember when I was going through puberty, it took a couple years to complete the growth. Don't you ladies think that 6-10 months is a little short to be expecting anything permanent. You aren't giving your body time to get used to the new hormones and hold on to the growth. I have been on BB for a month and this forum for almost a year researching up and down. I'm planning on taking the BB pills for over a year...closer to a year and a half to 2 years. Plus in BB recommendations, they state that you should take at least 13 months worth. I know they may use that to sell more, but it just seems logical that a second puberty would take just as long to develop underdeveloped breasts. They also say you can eat and take whatever you want but I disagree, most people interrupt puberty and first growth because of lack of exercise, poor diet, etc. That's one of the reason MOST women have underdeveloped bodies. If you are going to restart puberty, do it right...eat healthy, get at least 8 hours of sleep, exercise and take care of yourself. Smoking, drinking, and caffeine may not stop growth but they may hinder the results you want or even slow it down. Hey, it may even be why people lose growth. Just thought I might be able to help.
good luck growing ladies!
