I bought 3 bottles of D&E brand. It came to $29.40 that's with shipping as well so yeah, if this doesn't work like I hope and pray, at least it won't hurt my pockets.
Good luck to you LScott! I have just started BO also, today is my 7th day. You might want to consider posting your program, with your measurements, age, height, weight, all that good stuff. It will help you keep track of what you're doing, what changes, how you feel etc...
I've got some other health problems I take supplements for and posting helps me to figure out what is working for me and what may not be helping. I think you'll find, like most of us have, that Eve's forum is addictive. :]

Did you say stress??? How about you come and get my 5 daughters and take them back with you. I think that will cut out on all of the stress. In the scott household. Whew!!!!

So where do I post my program? Should I go get measured at somewhere like Victoria Secrets or something? Sad to say, I have never been measured before but I guess I can take my own measurements or perhaps get my hubby to help a sista out.
Oh! and yes, this forum does seem to be addictive.
You can get a measuring tape at Wal Mart in the fabric section, or I suppose at any fabric/sewing store. The tapes are soft so they wrap around you nicely-- the one I got is in a little round case and winds in and out like a normal steel measuring tape.
Wow, 5 daughters, you do have your hands full. Remember only concentrate on one day at a time. Maybe the affirmation "My daughters all get along very well with the whole family and everything will go smoothly today" might help? Perhaps some camomile tea in the afternoon to calm the nerves too.
