Im not getting too many tingles... just sometimes here and there but i dont think it means its not working. Ive been on BO now for almost 3 weeks and I think it is working but i dont think there is any measureable growth yet, but i think soon. i took pics of before but i dont have a tape measure so i think i have to go by how my before pics compare to me now. I think i will take another set of pics within the next month sometime. just so i can give it some time to see some kind of difference

Okay that sounds great!!!! Not sure of your dosage but I think it is safe to take 2500mg per day.
