I was reading some of the older posts and it sounded like the Vitamin Power BO came from safer cows than the DNE one. But I couldn't find a link anywhere as to where to buy it? Does anyone know? Some of the posts about the DNE and Denmark cows freaked me out so I would prefer the Vitamin Power ones.

Also, does anyone have a particular brand of Protein shakes that they recommend? (Ones that actually taste good, lol)

Is Maca a good thing to take with BO? Or will it hinder progress?

Optimum nutrition whey golden standard is the whey protein I take.I only bought the strawberry flavor,twice so i don't really know how chocolate and vanilla taste.But the strawberry is good:) I drink it with no problem at all,it tastes great when it's really cold:) good luck

When I asked DNE customer services about it they said the sudden change was to avoid the risk of mad cow disease.
