I know with herbs I have read that you are not supposed to take them with food, but rather 20 min. before eating or 2 hours after. Is this the same for BO? Has anyone seen any significant difference whether or not it is taken with food? Thanks!

BO is taken with food and better with a protein snack.Only BB says to take it an empty stomach.Good luck

I don't understand why BB says take on empty stomach, and Ultra
Breast says take with food. That one gets me too, because they
are both BO.

I just follow the mfg directions.
Still I'd like to know the difference.
If anyone could find out, I'd like to know too.
