I started vitamijn power brand.I can only say the taste reallly bad!!I was about to burb.Any ideas ow to swallow these tablets without having to suffer from the disgusting taste in the mouth ??

I know what you mean. I just took them with water.

However, I couldn't stand my prenatal pills, so I always took those with juice or milk. Maybe you can try that.

i was on DNE and they were capsules not atblets.So mine had new taste at all.

Thanks for the suggestion.What i am doing now is closing my nose and drinking them with milk.It doesn't leave the taste in the mouth ;) try that too :) thanks
