I'm still around. I check in a few times a week but haven't been using PO since Christmas time (not because I was having any probs with it, but because my hubby got quite sick just before Christmas and ended up in hospital). I was a bit stressed and started forgeting to take my PO etc. I haven't lost anything measurement wise, but my weight has come down a couple of kilos. I have also just started back at work a couple of days a week after being at home with my two youngest for the last 6 years, so thought I should feel a little less stressed before I start taking it all again, which hopefully will be soon. have also been watching the papaya threads with interest !!!!. How are you doing? Are you still taking PO and have you noticed any growth etc. It's really nice of you to check up on me and I'd love to hearing how you are doing - thanks and take care ;) SCORPIO

Hey Scorpio, glad your OK. Your right, if things at home are too hectic, its just to much to try and focus on NBE. Hope everything calms down for you and that you get settled into a routine.

Well I was doing fine on PO, until about a week before Christmas, had some swelling and tingles going on, but my legs were paining, right up the back and sometimes on the front of my thighs. Paining really bad, almost the same way as when I reacted to fenugreek and low blood sugar, except I wasn't really fatiqued the same way. It wasn't just one leg, but both, I thought it was maybe because of period but never got better when period was over, so I am really puzzled as to why my legs would ache like that. Does more hormones cause this? I don't know. So anyway just taking break until I can figure something out or until brave enough to try again. Anyway so glad your still here, and take it easy and talk again. Snowflake
