I have been considering the Bountiful Breast lately and I took the hormone test awalago and was jsut wondering if any one could give me advice on where to start or if they thought it/or what may work for me. My hormone test said I Have Progestrone Defenciey, Excess Estrogen, Estrogen Dominance and Excess androgens and a Cortisol defincey The BB is suppose to be progestrone based with the bovine ovary. Also I smoke and I drink a lot of caffeine and that effects a lot. If any one could please help I have no idea what to do I just know I want my boobs to grow. Thank You for your help and patience.
I use bountiful breast (but will be switching to DNE BO/PO when I run out because of money issues). So far, it has worked slowly for me, although I in a non-growing period right now, which if you read other posts from the wonderful ladies on this site, is evidently pretty common with NBE. I would say the most important thing with Bovine ovary is protien intake and body temp. regualation. When I was back hom in the states, I drank two whey protien shakes a day (with 25g of protien in each)and this is when I saw the most growth. I will be starting protien again in about a week when I get back home. I would also recommend taking L-tyrosine to help with body temp. regualtion and GABA to help with growth hormone production. I hope this helps and best of luck with your growth!
Bovine ovary and Porcine ovary are used to create excess estrogen in your body, one of the effects being breast growth. That is why the ovary based pills like BB usually say do not take it for more than 9 months without a break or something close to that. Estrogen feeds cancer, as my doc recommended to me, do not take if there is a family history of breast cancer. I cannot explain it as well as some of the girls here, but that is my quickie version. Those companies really try to make it seem "not as serious" as it really is. What you are basically doing is raising the estrogen levels in your body. It is a serious matter, not to be taken lightly, but it can work if you research and do what you need to do to stay healthy along the way. Good luck!
