I've read in a few online articles that bovine ovary can cause infertility? Is this true??? I would like to know because I'm currently on Bountiful Breast and would like to know how it may affect me in the future. I'm 20 years old and would like to have children at some point and I've been taking Bountiful Breast for about 5 months now off and on.

I took an herbal mix for fertility health about a year or so ago. (can't remember the name of it)
Bovine ovary was listed in the ingredients. If it makes women infertile I doubt they would put it in a pill they claim increases fertility.

I don't really know, tho.

I find it very hard to believe that they would cause infertility. They contain estrogen and progesterone. We produce that too. Birth control pills conntain that also... And you don't become infertile by using contraceptive pills. During pregnancy, both estrogen and progesterone levels in the body becomes way higher than they ever will be with herbs or ovary capsules - yet women can have several children. What does that tell you?

This has been discussed in this forum at least twice before. I think the conclusion is that there is no real evidence either way. Usage of bovine ovary in other kinds of glandular therapy or even as a fertlity treatment is not of any relevance, because the dosages used are way different to the dosages used for breast enhancement. I think the only real answer you can give is that nobody knows what the breast enhancement dosages of bovine ovary do.
