Help with my Program Please

I am trying to come up with a good plan and would like some "expert" input. I am just hoping someone is still reading these posts. Here is my proposed plan.

AM
900mg BO
1,000mg L'argenine
Whey protein shake 25mg
1,000mg EPO
1,000mg FSO
500mg Royal Jelly
500mg L'Tyrosine
450mcg kelp
DIM
600mg Saw Palmetto
Multivitamin

PM
900mg BO
35mg L'argenine
25mg Protein shake
1,000mg EPO
1,000mg FSO
500mg Royal Jelly
500mg L'Tyrosine
450mcg Kelp
DIM
600mg Saw Palmetto

I still have to see at what times to take all of this. I know some things may need to be taken on an empty stomach. If there is anything I left out, I would love some input. If someone thinks this is too much to start with please let me know. I am fairly new at this but have been reading nonstop.

Also one more question. Should I buy these things to last me a few months or should I only get about one months worth. It doesn't cost much more to get double on some things, but I hate to spend a lot of money and end up with things I won't ever use.

I got this magazine for free that has everything I will need except the BO for only like 50.00. I think this sounds like a good deal. Let me know what you all think.

I can't say anything about anything beyond the BO and protein shakes being within expected amounts. You did leave out the progesterone supplement, which is a bad idea. Without it, the pre-menstrual tension will hit you like a truck.

Life-Flo Progesta-Care is a non-prescription topical cream that's delivered in pre-measured 20mg doses. Apply the 20mg to your forearms once a day from Day 12 to Day 26 of your cycle, after soaking your forearms in hot water for a couple of minutes. A 26-30 day cycle is your target span, with the following caveats:
- If your cycle goes beyond 30 days, increase progesterone.
- If your cycle shortens to 26 days or less (IF they were longer before applications), reduce progesterone.
- If your cycle ceases altogether, discontinue treatment until your cycle resumes.
You should feel a tingling by your third cycle, at the latest. This is a sign that it's working. Even so, it may take a long as three months after treatment for visible signs of success, and chances for success are low unless you're in your early 20s or younger.

Also, before you do ANY of this, check your temperature. Well, okay, check your temperature for a week. Use a basal thermometer (NOT a fever thermometer, accuracy's important here) to check three times a day (optimally once right after getting out of bed, once in midday, and once before bed). If your average temperature is below 98.3F/36.8C, consult a physician, as your thyroid levels are off and the entire regimen will be a total wash unless you get treatment.

I'll admit that none of this is my own advice. I heard it second-hand from a purported endocrinologist and, while I'm not a trained physician, I've learned enough after reading up on reproductive biology to know that his advice makes sense. That said, good luck!

"chances for success are low unless you're in your early 20s or younger"

What facts do you base that statement on? *curious*
