I am hoping someone can help me!!! Can these two be taken together? Will they both work? Will only one work?

I also would love to know if they work together.. because I have considered mixing the two but am afraid ....

From what was said in the main forum it should not be mixed but I wouldn't know because I never did try!

I think the main reason why to not mix ovary and pueraria is the higher risk for blood clots.

When you increase the estrogenic activity in the body the risk of blood clots will be higher, that is why contraceptive pills are not prescribed to women who have a family history of bloodclots. The combination of birth control and pueraria is NOT recommended since one of the products give you estradiol and the other strong phytoestrogens with similar effects in the body as estrogen. A lady on these boards who was on PM did have a blood clot in her leg last year. The ovary product is also adding estrogen, so taking PM together with that adds to the estrogen total, which means a higher risk for clots if you have a disposition for that.
