I'm on Bountiful Breast since 2 months, and was using Some sort of breast enlarging cream thats made of Fenugreek oil. i have heared that mixing Bovine Ovary and Phtoestrogen might stop me from growing my breasts, i know its just cream but both pills and creams go through the blood stream, right?, i havent grown any inch Yet, but i need to make sure that im not doing anything wrong here!

thats what i want to know, too. i started Bountiful Breast and in 1 month i gained 1/2 inch. the seconed month i included massage in my nbe routine. i massaged my breasts 3 times daily with some cream made of fenugreek oil and other estrogenic oils, i ddnt see grwoth this month, i dono if its the cream im using :(

I have been using fenugreek extract on my smaller breast and it seems to be getting smaller and the bigger one is getting bigger. I am not sure why this is happening. So now I will stop massaging and see what happens or perhaps I will only massage the bigger one so the smaller one can catch up. I have been taking BO for about 2 weeks now and seeing some fullness overall but I was also wondering if massaging with the extracts may be bad with BO. I am also taking Vitex, so I don't know if this will impact my results.

why you smaller breast getting smaller?:( maybe you were massaging outwards that techniqe is used to decrease the size, you must massage inward rotations.

I AM massaging inwards. When I was taking the herbs, I was massaging the same way and was growing. Now that I am taking BO and Vitex it appears to have the opposite effect. I will stop massaging for now and see it that helps or makes a difference.
