BO questions.

Just a couple of questions. Im thinking about trying out BO. Hopefully generic and not the very expensive BB pills.

However, just a few inquiries. First of all Im a vegetarian, have been a vegetarian for about 12 years, ever since i was 10. And so, aside from the obvious protein shakes what else could i use to increase protein?

Also, I remember when I was about 14 I went to the doctor who ran a full hormone blood profile and yepp...high testosterone levels, I understand from the forum that high levels of this can interfere with the program, what can i take or do to deal with that? but then again that was in the middle of puberty...maybe thats changed

And also, Im only 22, I doubt its safe form me to be taking growth hormone supplements, dont know if they are needed. And usually my temperature is of about 97 degrees. what to do? help u guys!!

COnsidering all this, id still like to try BO. hoever if any of you think i should start out with herbs, give me your advice. I might do that, its just that in the past ive used herbs for a number of things (parents were obsessed with alternative medicine) and theyve never really done that much for me.

Please let me know, for although i am in the states now visiting my parents, i go to school in south america, so getting my hands on BO pills and anything needed will be harder to find there.

Thnks u guys!

Hi hopeful,

For your first question on protein... you can eat protein bars. I'm not to fond of the 'body builder'/GNC types, so I just found some in the grocery store. The Chewy Granola bars started making theirs with like 10 extra grams of protein, it says with Protein on the box. I usually get the chocolate and peanut butter chip ones. I also get a kind call South Beach Diet Portein bars found in the same section. The peanut butter ones are To DIE For! I love the taste. Both kinds are great for a snack inbetween meals and add that extra oomph for protein along with the shakes, plus they are good for you! But you do know that BO is from cows right? Stupid question...but you wouldn't be 100% veggie anymore.

For testoterone blocking, most people take either Saw Palmetto or Stinging Nettle root.

I've gotten advice and researched that most people take kelp (included ingredient in BB) and L-Tyrosine for raising temperatures. But what I've found is that it doesn't really raise your body temperature, it aid in thyroid function. Most people who have a low temperature have a malfuctioning thyroid (this is what usually causes low body temperature). L-Tyrosine along with the iodine in Kelp make the thyroid hormone T3 together. That is why many programs including BB recommend these supplements. You are only helping yourself by taking them, because then you would be helping to also correct a thyroid problem (even if only slight). I also have read that L-Tyrosine is used to boost energy, therefore contributing to higher temperatures in the body. But be careful not to overdose on L-Tyrosine though, it will lead to the jitters, irritabiliy and being easily agitated. I've read that you can start at 500MG and ramp slowly up to a max of 2,000MG if needed. Kelp should not be overdosed on either, stick to 400-600MG dosage. I've heard of a lot of people taking generic and taking L-T but not Kelp and they wondered why the L-T never helped...it needs the iodine to make the T3 hormone...can't make it alone.

Lastly, one what's best for you....is exactly that. It's what YOU think is best for you :o)
I or someone else could tell you all day what they think you should take, but until you take something for yourself, that YOU believe will work... it probably won't. All the massage, herbs or BO you take will do nothing for you unless you want it to. The mind is a pwerful thing and I see a lot of women not getting result because they just don't believe in what they are doing. Then again some people aren't patient or maybe aren't taking what's best for THEIR body and are taking what works for someone else. Then there are the people who just have stubborn bodies that won't respond to anything...my guess is that they just need to listen to their body and maybe give it some attention instead of trying to shove pills down it and expect it to do what they want it to.

Buuuuuut....I'll get off my soapbox and tell you that I have had slow progress with herbs. I could probably grow to at least a C-cup from my 34A-B right now, but it would probably take me a year to do it. BO just seems faster, and instead of trying to create all the hormones your body made when you were going through puberty (which involves a lot of tweaking to get it just right because it varies from person to person)from numerous different herbs and plants....I'm going to let the hormones in BO stimulate my piuitary gland to release the right set of hormones it did before...almost like an echo. My body already knows what hormones it used when I was growing as a teen so I'm hoping it will just remember the same ones and do it again. That's a basic outline of how BO works. It stimulates your body to reproduce estrogen, progestin, etc. like puberty is hitting again. This is why most women complain about moodiness and acne, etc. because they are basically having a 'second puberty'. For all the puberty 'side-effects' I'm just gonna take Progesterone Cream, Collagen, and Hair Skin & Nails vitamins

Well, sorry about the novel....but I hope it helped :o) Good luck and I'm just starting out too, so along with Sunita and Cheryl...we'll be doing it together. I just like to research eeeeeeeverything before I start because I reeeeaaally want to grow to a big C or medium D cup! Best of luck with whatever you decide! I'm sure that you could get either to work if you want, and if one doesn't work...try the other.

Lots of luck growing!

Hi Ladies,
Thanks Natalie for all the info, very kind of you to take the time to write it all. Very informative.
I'll keep ye posted of my results/sucesses!
To all the other ladies starting out Natalie is rite, your mind is the most powerfull tool in determining wheather or not this works. If mentally big breasts have a bad association with you, your body will not grow them no matter what you take. My sister is a physotherapist and she deals with the subconsious mind, it's a very powerfull part of the brain.
Hypnosis is a very good tool for uncovering mental blocks with why your body didn't grow breasts in the first place. It's a very complex issue, I don't want to write a novel either!
We will get through this together!!
