Some places say that on Bovine Ovary you should be taking 50-100 grams of protein in shake form. As well to have a high protein diet. I was previously taking 60 grams of protein in shake form, but the due to being very busy, I have not been able to take my protein shakes so often. So, some days I take 30 grams or less and other days I dont even take any at all.
I am wondering how much protein are you taking and how much growth you have had. Also, the time in BO? |
