You may be right about the command vote in the past but times have changed. Even the ARMM region is no longer the exclusive property of moslems because Christians are moving in every day and they are more successful economically because of the lack of support by the government for the moslems.
Read well what the news said, don't just jump into conclusions like our friend Abarte here.
