Many of these "pen pal" men look like hell as most American women would never touch these "pen pal" men so they go after naive Filipina women trapped in poverty and desperate to escape.
It would seem to me your paper has a moral obligation and a priority to alert Filipina women. In fairness some pen pal men are very good just as some Filipino men are hated by Filipina women because Filipino men seem to commit have a mistress even while married.
