Who are you to say such things about Filipino women and their penpal. I have seen lots of Filipino-American, Filipino-Australian couple who is happily married.
It is unfortunate, some of filipinos have picked the wrong person to marry. Unfortunately, it happened to a lot of people, not just to these Filipino women.
