  • Pavement outside Church of Our Lady of Muswell Colney Hatch Lane

      On the pavement outside the Church of Our Lady of Muswell on Colney Hatch Lane there are some small black and white metal objects fixed solidly to the ground.

      Does any one know what they are for ?
