Hi, I am a person who is also very aware of my appearance. I am afraid to gain weight and therefore take care of myself a lot. I see myself in the mirror everyday. I keep repeating to myself that I want to be thin and slim. When I crave heavy foods such as hamburgers, pizzas or desserts, I visualize myself being fat and that helps me to control my appetite. I realy do think and aggree with visualizing the person we want to be or become. Everytime I see myself in the mirror, I feel good about myself. I tell myself that I am important and special. |
