Having failed to lose weight for many years, I started using visualisation to boost my willpower. I see myself in a mirror as I want to be and then step into the mirror, becoming the image. I then step back out into the "real world", keeping that image.
I do this visualisation at least twice a day, usually more, and - fingers crossed - so far it has really helped me to stick to my weightloss programme. |
