It's about the extended service lanes. Or the sleeper teams you heard about. They were trial run for the past month or so, but wasn't sold to the customer as a next day lane.. Today 7-8-02 it is being sold as a service product to the customer.. The terminals that have it works like this. One driver drives to the reship mostly 300 to 330 run. While the other driver sleeps. They both work the dock at the other end for 1 to 2 hours and the the one that slept up drives back. Simple concept and it increase our one and two day lanes.
