Response to money

What I was saying and what most people here understand is conway starts out around 14.00$ per hour and tops out around 20.00 something an hour. That being said what I mean... and try to understand this, is.... they would rather have a workforce making 14.00 than have a workforce making 20.00 hr. Did you understand my message this time?
