Yea we hook our equipment, we work the dock, we fuel our own trucks, and several other things that union workers will not do. Maybe that is why we are the #3 trucking company in the country with strong stock prices. We get paid for doing all the things you mentioned, which means if we are not home we are making money, not sitting in a bunk house or driver's room waiting on someone to do a job for us, not getting paid. No one is forced to do the things we do here at Con-Way, it is a free country allowing you to try to get employment where you wish. So if you do not like to work for a living do not come to Con-Way and apply for a job, because you will be disappointed.
