16550--"R"38 SN, unusual Cream Rail dial w/*Black* surrounds--posted by William S. Hidalgo

Note: This dial is unusual in the fact that it has black surrounds on a Cream Rail format. This dial may in fact come from a later production period, the "E" series, where a brief run of Rail Cream dials seem to appear with the new style black surrounds & matching hands.
