IP identifiers now on-- recent poster of scat messages will be banned.

This forum has come under somewhat of an attack again from the same IP, 168.143.113.138, that posted multiple subject lines before. I'll have to turn the IP id's on and then ban that IP. Sorry scatman-- it's out of line. Once was interesting, twice was annoying but three times and it's over the line.
