      There were both direct and indirect threats occurring that I didn't want to deal with. Here's one friendly warning. [+]. There were unfriendly warnings too. Messages that were potential problems were scaattered through the entire forum so it was easiest just to close off access. It was chaotic, I admit-- but I was trying to run my life as well, at the same time.
